June 25, 2018

Just ahead of the start of NATPE Budapest, where the company will be showcasing its catalogue of formats, Vivendi Entertainment is glad to announce that 2 additional countries will produce and launch new local adaptations of GUESS MY AGE.

In Turkey, KanalD will launch on the 14th of July a 13 episode’ weekly primetime series. It will be hosted by famous local talent Eser Yenenler.

In parallel, Thai producer Zense is exercising its option to produce a first series of 26 episodes for leading commercial network TV3. The weekly primetime version will launch in October.

Finally, Polish production outfit Rochstar (The Voice, Dancing With The Stars, etc.) has grabbed the rights for a local development.

This will make a total of 12 countries where the format will have been on air, with over 620 episodes produced globally, including Italy for example, where the show will come back as a daily after the summer holidays on TV8 (Sky).

Damien Porte, the VP in charge of sales at VE says: “It’s really exciting to see this success story that started just 2 years ago, continue and expand to more territories. We’ve always thought the premise of the game was universally appealing. Breaking-in a Spanish Language market is now our top priority and we’ll put all our forces to make this happen. We are actually as we speak shooting several pilots in one of these countries!”.
